Law Offices of Hjerpe & Collins, LLP

We provide representation in Social Security Disability cases as well as representation in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death actions

Social Security Disability Representation

Most Social Security Disability Claims are Denied - We Can Help

Two-thirds of Social Security Disability/SSI claims are denied.  On reconsideration 85% of appeals are denied.  The next level of appeal is to an Administrative Law Judge.  Few individuals can effectively prepare and present a case to an Administrative Law Judge without an attorney.  Having represented thousands of local claimants, at Hjerpe & Collins we maximize your chances of winning by meticulously preparing the medical record, obtaining medical opinions, briefing the Judge on the issues that make your case special, and aggressively representing you before the Administrative Law Judge.  We take care of you.

We are only paid if you win the case.  If you win, we are paid 25% of any retro-pay up to a total of $6,000.  Fees can be higher in special cases, but never more than 25% of any retro-pay.

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death actions

If you have suffered injury or someone you love has died as a result of someone else’s negligence, you need experienced representation

It is very difficult to represent yourself in a personal injury case.  A claims adjustor or attorney for the defendant may convince you to accept far less than your case is worth.  This can leave you in a situation where you have not recovered enough money replace property that was damaged or to cover medical care that is necessary for you to make a complete recovery.  If you are permanently injured it is crucial that you recover enough to compensate for a lifetime of reduced or lost income.

Ken Collins has been handling personal injury and wrongful death cases for almost 30 years.  He will be able to accurately assess your case.  He will guide you through the process to maximize your recovery so you can resume your life and your accustomed lifestyle.  Attorneys fees are on a contingency basis.  We do not get paid if you do not get paid.  Attorneys fees are based on a percentage of your recovery.  We can help.  Please call to schedule a meeting.
